Awesome find!My son only requested dinosaurs for his birthday and after much searching I settled on this item for the most bang for my buck. He loves them and I was pleased with them as well. Some reviews mentioned a plastic smell. I did notice a plastic order when I first opened the box. I set the dinosaurs in the box aside for a couple weeks until it was time to wrap them and the odor had disappeared. There was no need for me to open the bag and air them out as some reviewers stated. I would buy these again. 5Cute dinosaur setPurchased as a gift for a 3 year old dinosaur loving little girl. She opened them as said WOW! I have all the dinos! She started naming them all and was very excited. I didn t open them or take them out but they felt like nice plastic dinosaurs. Not soft or squishy, but sturdy feeling. The were cute and you could tell the difference between each dinosaur and what ones they were. 4Nice Dino toysMy son loves these. We used them for his birthday party to give to friends. Great size and colors. You can see the seam on some, but kids don t care! 4Not what I expectedI don't normally write reviews, but I felt like I had to because of how different my experience is. These toys are pretty bad. From crappy paint-job (blotches of paint) to disjointed abdomens and plain ugly faces... each one has it's own issue going on. I bought these because I read the other reviews... they're wrong... for just over a dollar a piece, not worth buying all 12. I've bought WAY better quality dinosaurs in a larger amount for only $15. I thought these would be bigger and better, but nope. Just look at the pics.The only reason why I gave 2 stars is because they are hard & I'm not currently worried they will break off making a choking hazard for my son. 2I liked the colors on this set the bestFor the price, I liked the colors on this set the best. I wanted a toddler-friendly size and not too scary (or cartoonish) features. These are hard, but hollow and flexible. You can see some seams but that does not bother me. They look just like the picture. They all stand up....sort of. You balance the two legged ones with their tail and they have three points of contact but aren't standing flat-footed by any means. Better results on flat hard surface than on carpet. My toddler doesn't care. We make scenes and lean them on blocks or each other anyway. I am happy because I read the reviews of several other similar products and I think I got a good deal for the money. And no smell. You will have to look up the official names of your dinosaurs, but I think this process could be an educational opportunity easily achieved on the internet. 4Grandsons lived them!We bought these for our twin grandsons, age 28 months. They really like dinosaurs and this was a hit for their Easter gift from Nana and Papa 5I bought these for my 4 year old great grandson's BirthdayI bought these for my 4 year old great grandson's Birthday. He loved them the best of all his gifts. Today he was still playing with them when I went to visit. They are nicely made, color brightly and a perfect size for him to handle and not loose. Extremely happy. 5Our granddaughter loved them!My husband and I spent this past week in the Sierras with our granddaughter, who is 3 1/2 years old, and we wanted to be sure she had something fun to play with at the cabin. I was looking for something she could play with in the dirt if she wanted to, and knew children her age like dinosaurs, but I also wanted a colorful collection (since she knows her colors and they are prettier that way) and one that included all the favorites like T. Rex, Triceratops, and Stegosaurus. This collection checked all those boxes, as well as being good and big (7 inches) -- so her baby sister couldn't swallow them and they would fit nicely in her hand -- and having child-safe paints, besides. They did all this and more, so much so that they all went home with my son's family and I will now need a new at-home set for future visits! 5A+True to size and color. All have closed mouths and no pin holes so kids can take in bathtub. All spikes still have a little bit of a round point so good for my younger son too. 5Great Colors, Terrible ExecutionThere isn't much I can add here that others haven't already. Like many, I bought these for a birthday party, and also like many, I have found that at least 3 do not stand on their own. If it weren't for the colorful nature of the set, these would be on their way back to Amazon tomorrow, but alas, there is very little competition when it comes to more vibrant figures. I suppose I'll be amending my original plans for the centerpieces by adding a base that I can hot glue the top heavy ones to and then trash them after the event. 2
