    Go for something higher quality!After getting their insect poly bag (those are large!), I was so impressed that I bought this for my daughters xmas stocking. It's so cheap looking with such tiny animals that I'm not including it in the stocking now and ended up purchasing a handful of schleich animals to put in there instead. I wanted these polar animals to create a winter sensory table for my toddler-- I was going to freeze these in ice blocks and let her chip away at the ice for the animals... and they will work fine for that but other than that, I cant imagine these becoming beloved toy animals like the schleich animals. Moving forward I would prefer to have 2 or 3 schliech animals than the whole kit of animals in this tube. Quality over quantity. 2Missing OneSUPER bummed out. I bought these to use with my students in our habitat centers. The description says it should arrive with 18 animals, including an octopus. Mine arrived with only 17 animals, and no octopus. Also, it claims it will have two sea turtles. I only got 1. I did receive an extra seal, but I m still upset because my kiddos would have enjoyed the second turtle over the seal. Overall, I like the figures and the kids will have fun and learn. I just wish the description online would match the product you receive. 3Good QualityI purchased these to use in a sensory bin during Space Week in my preschool (3-5yrs.) classroom. The figurines are great quality and held up to all the abuse my kiddos put them through (sand, dirt, soapy water, etc.) I liked that they were detailed enough that we could compare them to books and pictures and talk about the different parts, especially since there was a great variety in the figurine styles. I would highly recommend these for use in a classroom or for use as a children's toy/gift. 5These are a nice size, about 4-6 inches eachThese are a nice size, about 4-6 inches each. Good detail and coloring, not quite as realistic as some of the boutique figures I see sold for $5-20 each, but for the price, these are comparable. My 6 year old is very happy and we have purchased several for birthday gifts. They all stand on their own I think and make for excellent imaginative play, Superman and Lightning McQueen have both had run ins with these animals in my living room :) These would make great figures for projects, especially if you're going for bigger than a shoe box. Might be suitable for a large sheet cake topper, but too big for the average cupcake. Excellent party gifts, in fact I think I will use the aquatic set for table decorations that become party favors for his 7th birthday party at the aquarium. 5We are really into arctic animals right now and have been freezing water outside since it's winter and bringing the fun indoors.My kids are still having a blast with these. Very happy and I recommend to other parents whose kids enjoy animals and with their natural habitats. 5Darling, flexible and priced nicelyThese cute flexible plastic fairies were the perfect size and price point for a little fairy garden making party. I was pleasantly surprised by the detail. Since there was a little flex to them I was able to move them into position and hot melt glue them in place. One looked like she was walking along the roofline, another stretched out on the edge of a chair and another came posed and sitting on a toadstool. These were used for adults but would work very well for children too since they are not breakable. 5Fairy tubeWould not buy again. The fairies couldn t stand by themselves and we re sloppy. You get what you pay for I guess. $1 a piece. I actually tried to send the product back but amazon just refunded my money and told me to keep it. So I threw the fairies with my daughters Toys and she doesn t like them either. 2Beautiful butterfly modelsThese are gorgeous! Accurate to various species of butterfly. Colorful; sturdy but flexible plastic; just lovely. Gave as gifts to children at church to represent new life in Christ. Bought a second set because I was so pleased with the first. These don't seem "cheap" and they're not so small that they'd be a choking hazard. Over two inches across. 5Wonderful Miniature PenguinsWe used these as topper decorations on a penguin themed birthday cake. They were perfect! They are all different, and in different stances. 5Perfect for pirate partyGot these as cupcake toppers to go along with the pirates for a pirate themed birthday party. Were the perfect size for cupcake toppers and the kids enjoyed taking them home. My kids enjoy playing with these in the pirate themed water table and also in the bathtub 5
