It's a ball that sings, kind of - my kid likes it okay.My 15 month old likes this toy well enough. She is a huge fan of anything that sings and makes noise, so I thought this might be an interesting diversion and keep her occupied longer than a regular ball. She will play with it and enjoys it, but probably not much more than any other ball. It's probably blasphemy to say, but the volume of the ball might be a bit too low (every toy should have multi-volume controls, at least a low and high volume). I know a lot of kids like the tags, but mine has never taken much of an interest in them despite me buying her several things with tags.The battery compartment is secure enough. She has not yet figured out to open it, although I assume at some point she will. 4Hey Baby Wanna Play BallPerfect for a baby's first noisy ball. The sounds are fun and not so loud the child is scared from it. Before they start learning to walk they will work had to crawl to it. We sit in a circle and roll it to my 1 year old grandson and he is rolling it back, great toy to start teaching him to play with others.The name VTech is a pretty good reference for most infant learning toys. 5Fun and cuteCute, doesn't make any noise when thrown onto the floor (crashing wise) Wasn't as big of a hit as I had thought it would be but my 1 year old likes it enough. Just make sure to move it out of the way of the floor at nighttime because it will go off very loudly if even slightly kicked or touched on accident lol 5Baby likes itMy son really likes this toy. It plays music and has various sounds and sayings, which are activated by handling the ball. There are two volume settings but both are pretty soft, which might be a good or bad thing depending on your preference or environment. We also have an active toddler in our lively house, so the sounds of this ball basically get drowned out.It is a bit large and a little heavy for small babies, but it was just right for my 9-month-old. He loves to crawl around with it and grab and chew on it. It's covered in cushioned fabric so it's also soft. And it doesn't bounce at all, but it's still great for rolling, tossing, or kicking. 4Not what I expected...My son had no interest in this toy, He s too young to understand that he has to press a button on top of the ball (8 months)... so with that being said it s just collecting dust right now. I wish it was designed better where it makes noise when the ball rolls over.. 1Great toy! Easy for babies to use!My 7 month old already loves this and he is only going to grow into it more. Lots of fun music and sounds. The fox even makes a fox sound! Easy for babies to activate the ball's sounds, which helps keep him interested. I have other toys that he can't activate yet so I have to keep hitting buttons for him. This eliminates that and encourages independence. 5Nice for older infantsThis is a nicer toy with labels but it is kind of big for the an infant under one year old. This is somewhat heavy and it is not soft so definitely not good for a learn to toss and catch ball. The top is a button for the music and sound effects and the bottom is a battery case so this is not for tossing about. Plan to give this toy ball as a present 4Perfect toy for annoying new parentsBought this for a baby's gift at 6 months of age. What drew me to this product was the soft exterior and bright colorful patterns. I found the noise annoying and repetitive as it was suck on "demo mode" and had a hard time figuring out how to wrap this toy without setting it off so I just bought a big gift bag stuffed it with tissue and called it a day. 5The ball could improve. The hard plastic speakers should ...The ball could improve. The hard plastic speakers should have been felled in the ball so that if you throw the ball to your baby it doesn't hurt them ...
