    Work but don t stick together tightly.These are ok blocks. They work with LEGO duplo blocks but they don t stick tight. They don t stick tight to themselves either. They re fine as long as you don t try to pick the thing you built up. 3These blocks are AMAZING.. my 3 year old is obsessed with ...These blocks are AMAZING ..my 3 year old is obsessed with Lego duplo blocks but they are expensive AF. I was sick of spending 30$+ on small sets with oddly shaped pieces that he really doesn't use (he really just loves stacking the square and rectangular shapes and making towers). I took a chance and bought these but I wasn't sure if they would end up being compatible with his duplos, but they do! Perfectly!! I dumped them in with his duplo blocks and I can't even tell which are which. I will never waste money on duplo blocks again. If you have a duplo lover but aren't sure about these just do it! 5I took a chance on a non Lego brand and was not disappointed.Quality product manufactured to tight tolerances, the blocks fit together very well. I got these to play with my 2 year old grand daughter. She loves them and I love spending time with her. These are the size and style blocks that my daughter played with. They are very hard to find now. I looked all over the Lego (tm) website and could not find them. It seems all they want to sell is model specific sets. I guess they figure they'll make more money that way. My grandson has a dozen lego model sets. The model gets built once and that's it. And the ones that aren't together any more, the pieces are all mixed up and you can't hardly build anything with them. I love these basic blocks. They provide hours of fun. I plan to buy more. I only wish 1) that they had included some quadruple blocks in this set and 2) that they were a little cheaper. 5Works Great!My boys have been fighting over the Lego Duplo pieces we have so I wanted to add to our collection. When I searched on Amazon for Duplo sets, these came up. I was skeptical that they would work but I couldn't get over the fact that these were half the price of the Duplos!They arrived today and my boys haven't stopped playing with them. They work perfectly with the Lego Duplos and seem to be a similar quality. I'm very impressed. If we end up needing more, I'll definitely be ordering from this brand again. 5Just fineThere's really nothing WRONG with these bricks. They build on each other fine, they stick to one another fine, they stick to Duplos and Duplos to them, etc. It's just that there is a real tactile difference between a) the sheen, feel, and heft of a genuine Duplo, and b) the gliding motion of sticking and unsticking bricks. Duplos are shinier and a bit sturdier. They're just fine for my 3-year-old, who was delighted to have more plain bricks to build with. I just can't help but notice the plastic is not as high quality and therefore the experience is not as good. Also they do not stick to baseplates almost at all. 3My son absolutely loves his new blocks!!!I was looking to purchase a Lego Duplos set I ordered my son some regular Legos but they're just too difficult to build on his own and he just likes to build structures with the duplos! He's four years old so he likes to build houses and neighborhoods and stuff like that ! Lego Duplos are super expensive if anyone's ever priced them! and these are the same things yes they do not say Legos on them but you cannot tell the difference next to each other they are fully compatible with Legos and I put them in a box with all these other Legos and you can't tell the difference between the two!! This is an awesome product at a very reasonable price you would get less than a third of the Legos if you went for the brand-name so if you have a little one I would definitely definitely recommend getting this set because you get a ton of blocks for a very good price and they're fully compatible with the duplos 5One week review: Great blocks; Updated at 6 months: Flimsy. Frustrating.[Updated at 6 months in Aug '17 -- Original 4 star review is below this updated review.]Over the past 6 months these blocks were played with almost daily. For the first couple months of use, the blocks were great --- they were staying together, fitting well. But that went away pretty fast. By around 3 month hit, the pieces weren't fitting in as tightly as they used to, and any construction would simply fall about with any sort of light pressure causing it to be difficult for us to build anything too large or tall. By 6th month, keeping 3-4 blocks together is turning out to be a challenge.Despite all that, we put up with the product... until this past month. Our son is now about 26 months, and he's actively putting together "cars", "tractors", and "tow trucks" as he calls them. He deals with them falling apart every time he plays as well as a 2 year old kid can, but I can't blame him for getting frustrated for the obvious flimsiness that's so beyond his control. Out of frustration, we just put in an order for LEGO Duplo set. It might cost us 3x the price of this set, but we've learned that for creative building outlets, quality should not be compromised as it may discourage or even hinder creative growth in kids due to unnecessary frustrations.Yes, we knew 6 months ago that getting an "affordable" product meant compromise in quality. But we honestly did not expect to get *this* bad. I have bought many many lower priced competitive items so far, but there only a few things where I feel that money was truly wasted. And this happens to be one of them.I am assigning 2 stars because we DID use it for 6 months. Quality wise, one star would be a fair assessment.Caveat emptor.[Original Review in Feb:]These blocks are great. They are comparable to lego duplo in quality (so far) but definitely more affordable. Some reviews specified that the blocks don't fit very tightly in with each other. I found this untrue. It's tight enough that tall towers don't have any wobbles to them but not too tight for a toddler to pull the blocks apart. We only have had these for a short period of time, which is why I give 4 stars instead of 5 -- since I don't know yet how they will fair over time, but I am quite happy with the purchase. 2THE ONLY REVIEW YOU NEED TO READ.I'm a big Lego guy. I bought these bricks to see how they compared to the regular Duplo blocks that my two-year-old daughter plays with.These are NOT indistinguishable from Duplo. Anyone who claims as such is either lying or not very observant. You can tell as soon as you pick them up that they are lighter and they appear to be more cheaply made. The edges are also sharper, and they simply do not "lock in" as well as actual Duplo.Now this having been said, the price is great, and if you only have these bricks I doubt you'd feel like there was anything wrong with them. The only issues I would see is that over time they will become even looser, and I just can't see them holding up the way Duplo does because they're simply not as strong (we have Duplo from 20 years ago that still works like new).Will I buy more? No, because we already have a lot of Duplo and when you use both together the shortcomings of these bricks are an annoyance (to me, YMMV). However, for someone starting with no bricks at all, I'd say just buy a couple of the big sets, if you never compare to Duplo I doubt you'll be disappointed.Giving them 4 stars only because they don't lock together as strongly as I would like. 4Strictly Briks as school incentive!I am a Safety & Risk Manager at a K-12 district and needed an affordable incentive program. Our motto is "Building a Culture of Safety". I use "briks" in our department branding and had a great idea to create a Safety Monument that staff could grow as they grow. Every new hire gets the base and a school brik and then I make labels for completion of different activities, CPR, CERT, Lifesaver &all trainings in person and online. I was awarded 2nd place by our insurance company for the program to buy more briks. These are great, affordable and the root of our success? 5Almost as good as DuplosThese are almost as good as Duplos. The colors are better. They seem to be about as strong. But they don't have quite the interlocking strength that Duplos. Pictured is my 3 y.o. grand niece helping build and destroy her first tower. Next birthday I'll get some of the Duplo specialty sets that kept my boys entertained for years -- combined with Legos in later years. But what they never had enough of was basic blocks and the two sets of Strictly Briks will fill that niche for Roxy. And maybe her mom, who also had a blast. I will edit if one of these ever breaks in normal use. My boys managed to break one Duplo but I believe that they were learning to apply mechanical advantage. 5
