Unfortunately, one of the straps was not sewn in all the way and it began to unravel on the first day of use. I didn't realize what was going on until the strap was 1/3 of the way unraveled. :(Maybe mine was defective, since a lot of other reviews are great. Because I got this as a Christmas gift for my daughter, it was past the return window once it was actually used. Maybe I'll try buying a replacement sometime and then update this review accordingly. 3Great product for the priceMy daughter is crazy about this backpack. I filled it with lots of mini doll-sized school supplies, like a mini "laptop" (actually a computer-shaped mirror compact), mini crayons and colored pencils, and mini playing cards, and she constantly packs and repacks everything for doll school. I was a little worried about the quality, that it might fall apart quickly, but she always seriously over-stuffs it and so far the seams and zipper have held. 5Kind of flimsy, not the right size for 18' dollsThis is "ok." Its a little too big for 18" dolls, and kind of flimsy. It is a better buy than the brand name American Girl Doll backpacks, but not as cute as some of the other items sold by Sophia's. I guess my girls still play with them, but it doesn't have any detail or anything. Just an "ok" product, and if you REALLY think you need a back pack for your daughter's doll, this is better than spending $20 or $30 for a five inch backpack. 3Amazing price!I was so surprised at what a high quality product this is! For the price I wasn't expecting much, but it's so cute and seems very durable. My daughter has NOT been gentle with it at all (she likes to overstuff it) and it has held up with no problems! 5
