    Doesn't workI took a chance on this despite the high # of reviews of the product not working. Unfortunately mine didn't work either... I actually ordered it long before Christmas to give to a friend's children, but didn't see them to exchange gifts until just yesterday. Now that I know it doesn't work, the return window is closed. I'm stuck with a stinky piano mat that doesn't work and just spent a bunch of money on the next step up piano mat because I don't want to have the same problem again. If I could do it over, I would have bought the more expensive one to begin with and would actually have been better off. In case you're curious, the lights turn on, but no sound plays. 1Love themBought them for my granddaughters for Christmas and they loved them. And I have to say I get a kick out of getting very noisy toys for both of my sons children. You see they made sure during the teenage years to drive me as crazy as possible so in my passive aggressive attempt to even the score....I buy things like foot piano's to make sure they are living in as much noise as humanly possible. Okay....now to be serious. The product is very well made and the kids are having a blast with them. What a great toy to get a child away from the computer and the TV ....dance and get some exercise. I love them. So do the kids! 5Piano HitI ordered this piano for a party, which had about 40 children ages 15 and under. To my surprise the toy held up to many, many children playing on it. There were even times where there was lack of supervision and more than one child was on the mat at once and still the toy held up. At times, there were even grown ups and older children playing some well known tunes on the mat. At the end of the night, the piano was still playing clearly and with a quick wipe off with a wet cloth, was in great condition. If it can hold up to that kind of use, or maybe you can say, misuse, I believe it's a durable and fun toy. 5Not what I expected.I bought this keyboard for my grandbabies 5th birthday. It says 6' but when I got it, I found that it was less then 4.5'. I am disappointed in the size. I feel cheated. Other then that, it works and my grandbaby seems to like it. I do wish it was 6' like it said so that my daughter could have fun with her daughter the way we had planned. Would I recommend others to buy it? Only if you are getting it for little kids and you know that it is NOT 6' like it says it is. 2Hours of fun!This is a great toy! My child has been asking Santa numerous times for a floor piano. The length of this is more than enough for my two kids to play in it together. They have fun for hours just hopping around playing music. It is plastic which is great for easy clean up and does fine on any surface you place it in. I have wood floors and it is a little slippery on them. The volume always defaults to the loudest setting when it turns on. This is a great toy for the price! 4Disappointed...hopefully ours was just a defective...We were so excited to get this - we have three kids and figured they would love it. They never had a chance to see it; right out of the box, the "playback" didn't work. Then it would get stuck on a note and EVERY key you stepped on would sound the same. The only reason I gave it 2 stars is because if the features do work and we just received a defective unit, then it could be a lot of fun. The 10 playback melodies were cute, but changed as soon as you hit a different black key, so you couldn't really "dance" along with it.Piece of advice - don't wear socks on it, or you'll be on the floor before you know it. 2Works great, but buy ear plugs tooWorks great- I was so excited about this because I wanted my kids to have something to burn some energy inside during the cold weather. My 1 and 3 year old seem to enjoy it... However I guess I should've anticipated the noise of two kids playing on a piano! Ear plugs wouldn't be a bad idea.The good news is that the volume can be lowered to a tolerable level, the bad news is that the volume button is fun to press and on the mat so the kids really enjoy putting the volume back up.This is fairly large and I'll attach a photo with my 1 yr old on it for comparison. 4It folds up easily for storage purposesBought this for my 3 year old daughter. She loves it and so do my other kids (4 and 1) and multiple cousins. It's big... Big enough for 3 kids to sit and play with. It folds up easily for storage purposes, ours slides under the couch when not in use. The settings have familiar songs that kids know and the instrument settings sound pretty true to what they are. My only complaint is the volume is too good, sometimes my little musicians can play a song very loud!! :) 5Awesome for teaching music to young childrenI use this for my kindergarten music class. My students who used to have trouble focusing on music theory now rush into class, snatch off their shoes and can't wait to learn scales and chords! It completely captured their interest and allows them to be engaged physically as well as intelectually. They love playing little songs with their feet. Everything thing works just as described. They like to record their exercises and play them back. It has totally turned my 5 and 6 year old music students' interest in music around. They all want to take it home! 5Too small for the 6-10 year old age range if playing actual music is importantThis was disappointing. If all your kids care about is making a bunch of noise, then it's fine (durable, well made, etc.). But if your kids will actually want to play songs on it, it is difficult, if not impossible, to do, because the keys are too small to be able to hit just one note at a time. The black keys are way too large. They go almost all the way to the bottom of the keyboard, leaving only 2 1/2" of white key space to try to play, which, even on tip-toes, my kids had a hard time with. Also, there is only 2 1/4" between white keys and black keys. So if you want to play, say, a D, you have to stand off the keyboard, then very precisely place your tip-toe on the 2 1/4" space between notes, or the 2 1/2" space at the bottom. My kids, ages 6 and almost 10, were unable to play a D without hitting all of three surrounding keys. The picture is of their feet on the keyboard, which you can see - even though carefully placed - their feet were too big for hitting only one key on all the keys with the black ones between them. 2
