    My son enjoys this a lot. He pulls it ...My son enjoys this a lot. He pulls it anywhere he wants and starts rocking :)He is 20 months. 5Cute, but boring for my child, poorly constructed, and possibly DANGEROUS.I want to start by stating that I love Plan Toys. They usually make fun, beautiful, high quality toys. Unfortunately, this alligator isn't one of them. The only reason I gave it two stars is that it's adorable. If you're looking for a decorative piece that won't be used, then this might suit you. However, if you want a fun, durable rocking "horse", you may want to look elsewhere.We've had this alligator for a year, and our daughter rarely touches it, like MAYBE once a month... if that. The curve of the bottom is so little, that combined with the stoppers on the ends it barely even rocks. She gets bored with it quickly. Even with the very light use it's experienced, the seat pops off almost every time she sits on it creating a FALL RISK. After the first few times, I tried wood glue, which worked for a while. Unfortunately, the part that attaches the seat is plastic, not wood. So now that it has once again fallen off while she was on it, I'm trying Gorilla Glue, which hardly fits under non-toxic, but I'm hoping it might actually hold it on. While gluing it on, I also noticed the head was loose, and upon further inspection found that the screw which holds it on seems stripped, and easily pulled out... so there's a CHOKING HAZARD. I filled the hole with glue, and pushed the screw in. Will have to check it in the morning to see if it holds.I definitely would buy a different rocking toy if I could go back in time. 2Very cute!We bought this alligator to match the bedding of my son's nursery and to add to the decor of his room. There are not too many rocking alligators on the market! This one is super cute and easy to put together, but it is kind of small. My 22 month old seems to be a little tall for it. Also I was expecting it to be longer in length, but it does what I need it to do, and looks super cute in his nursery! 4Not the greatestWe received this rocking toy as a gift a year ago. My son rarely uses it. He is now 21 months old. The seat also pops off in the front part which scares me that it will pinch his little finger. I see that it says this is intended for 2 - 6 years old. My son right now is almost too big for it. I can't imagine this for older children. This is definitely not worth $90. It is really nice looking but not great for actually using it. 2The gator is really cute but useless. This is not just a faulty piece that ...I was so excited about this alligator. I had been wanting to get it for about a year. The price was $30 or so when I originally wanted to get it but couldn't at the time. By the time I finally was able to get it the price had gone up to $90!! We bought it any way as a gift for our 19 month old. We finally opened it up and put it together and my son cannot even play with it because literally every time he sits on it the seat pops off. I am afraid he will pinch his thighs inbetween the seat and gator because of this. It is a serious hazard. The gator is really cute but useless. This is not just a faulty piece that I recieved, the design is flawed. 1
