    Great for all ages!I was taught this game by a fellow counselor at a camp. It's a great game that has fun value, as well as educational value.It's one of the easiest games to learn, and I even taught my 6 year old niece how to play. She loved it.Toss Up is a good game to teach kids about probability and risk, as well as decision making. Basically, you roll 10 dice, then the green dice score. If you don't have any greens, the only way you can continue is if there aren't any reds. You stop when you want and write down your score, unless you want to take a chance on your next toss. I recommend this game for ages 5 and up. For children with small hands, I'd recommend using a cup for them to toss the dice out of. 5Fun for the Whole Family!On a trip to meet my husband great-grandparents we brought this game along. Although they are in their 90s and don't have great memories, they were able to understand how to play the game and we played with them for about an hour! We had lots of fun, and they enjoyed a new game that they could play. We have since got them a copy of their own, and they have introduced it to others in their nursing home.I love the case that the dice come in, it is small (no extra space) and the perfect size to throw in my purse so we can pull it out anywhere. We have played as we waited in line at a movie theatre, and have even pulled it out at a restaurant while we waited for our food to come. 5Awesome game!An awesome game because:1. You can learn all the rules in just a few moments and after a single round everyone knows what they are doing.2. Easy enough even for younger kids or older folks with some physical or mental conditions play (my father-in-law who has a pretty advanced case of Parkinson's loves to play this game. We help by moving the dice he wants to keep out of the way and putting the ones he wants to roll in a cup, but the "playing" part is all him).3. Everyone can carry on a conversation while still playing. 5Storage box too small!!!It's a fun little game, and nice that it's so compact, but wouldn't you think they could have made the box big enough to hold all the dice, and stay closed! I find it very annoying that the box won't close tight when you put the dice in it. What's the use of even selling it with the box?! 2Great game to throw in your purse for impromptu funGreat game to throw in your purse for impromptu fun. Can be played on your table at a bar or restaurant as it takes up so little space. The plastic case is durable and packs all those cubes into the tiniest rectangle possible. The cubes are super bouncy and you can just drop them gently on the table to get a fair roll, which is also a benefit in a small space. The game concept is simple and since it's just colors, it's accessible to kids (or adults with disabilities) who can't read dice yet. Such players would be able to play even though the concept of the odds of losing your points might not be understandable. 5Great game to add to your collectionSuch a fun, easy to play game. Other reviewers have explained how to play so I won't repeat that. All ages can play together and it doesn't take a long time. The game is never over until it is truly over as the person in last place can (and has) come back to win. Some people are more risk takers and gamble on that 'one more roll' and sometimes it pays off and sometimes it doesn't! Others are more conservative and prefer to secure their points little by little. We played it at a family reunion and were laughing so hard we had tears in our eyes as Grandpa pulled off a never before seen comeback and earn 50 points twice in a row to win the game over the grandkids. 5My 6 Year Old Didn't Want to Stop PlayingThis simple little game is a blast! Small enough to fit into your pocket and take anywhere, Toss Up! is a lot of fun for a mint-sized box.Simple: You roll all the dice, if you get a green (or more) come up those are your points. You can roll the yellows and reds again if you want, or take your points and run. If you round-up the yellows and reds and roll again, you're playing the odds that you might turn up a red (or two) with no greens - then all your points for that round go bye-bye.It's this element of fun and risk that makes the game so great. My little guy counted up his own points (I'm totally mentioning this at his next parent-teacher conference) and it turns out he's quite the daredevil when it comes to gambling on the next roll.He also kicked my butt in every game. So age makes you cautious in this one. I was so desperate for points at the end I was taking risks too, but it was too late. The next few games I rolled again and again right along with Mr. High Roller and we were more evenly matched. But it you roll a red with no greens your busted, hot shot, and you get behind fast in this game.We loved it, and he took it over to his friend's house for a few more rounds. When he turns 21 I'm taking him straight to the craps table and we're gonna work on my retirement fund. 5Brush up on your Spanish if you purchase this game!The game is fine. Our family enjoys playing it. The only problem was that both sets of rules were in Spanish. Whoever packed these games wasn't paying attention. All three sets that I ordered had the same problem. My ancient high school/college Spanish wasn't sufficient for me to translate them. I ordered the same game from Walmart.com and that package contained both the English and Spanish versions of the rules, so I was able to make a copy for the people I had gifted with the game. Hopefully the company has corrected this problem for future purchasers. 4FUN!!Very fun and lively game. Love that I can take it with me. Fits easily in pocket or purse. Wish the case would stay closed, but I just use a rubber band around it. 5Family Friendly Fun Game!My friend introduced me to Toss-Up and it's a really fun game. If you've ever played Farkle, then it's super easy to play this game! Instead of having numbers like Farkle you have colors, but it's the same concept. The case with the dice is so small it's easy to travel with it anywhere! It's easy to get the hang of.. green means you can keep rolling, yellow means watch out and red means your turn is over and you lose all of your points. Very little math involved so it's a game people of all ages can play. It's a very family friendly game and I would definitely recommend it! 5
