    Not 8 inchesI ordered this because it was supposed to be the same size as the ones I had seen in Target/Walmart but it was about 2 bucks cheaper. However it was not the size as described, def not 8 inches. About 6.5 like the other review stated. I wish I had read the reviews. I will be returning. 2Well made toy from a good cartoonOur girl have been pony-mad for a year now and I have no real objections. The show is decent, the songs catchy and it has a good message.We got six plush ponies for Christmas and they remain in heavy use as other stuffed animals languish in the corner. Even after six months of play it's in great shape, the mane and tail have not fallen out and the white fur still looks great.Well made, cute and our kids love it. I recommend it for any pony fan. 5Well-made toyRarity is my personal favorite of the ponies, and this Beanie of her is stunning. She is very well-made with a sturdy and pleasantly stiff construction while still being properly cuddly. Her unicorn horn is precious and is not prone to bending like I've seen in some unicorn dolls. She is a great look-a-like of her animated counterpart. Best of all, my daughter has a grand time playing with her. 5Not as advertisedI bought this for my kid and they are nice but not as advertised. They are not 8 inches but 7 which is very disappointing for me. Also the tail has SHED a lot! Not what I was expecting and I would not buy these again I am actually considering sending it back. 2Five StarsJUST KNOW THIS IT IS PLUSH. 56.5 inch at best, NOT 8 inch SO DISAPPOINTED!!!After a LONG day of worrying and praying these would get to me in time - they DID! (I needed the 8 inch pony specifically for a class Christmas party for my Special needs son.These were (are) supposed to be the little girls gifts. I live in rural MS and needed these to match the only 2 other ponies that I was able to find in my area (8 inch Rainbow Dash ponies). I opened the box and these were so much SMALLER than the ones that I bought from the store. So much smaller that I have to now scramble to find something in my price range to offset the children from feeling short changed. I can't send these back because I have to gift the children with something similar to what I bought already and there is literally nothing in the stores that I can buy TONIGHT. I'm not sure what I'll find pony wise (maybe some stickers or toothbrushes) this late in the game and this close to the party which is tomorrow at 10:00. The good news is that Amazon did MORE than I could ever imagine to make up for it and I am firmly a believer that Amazon cares about it's customers. If you are looking for true 8 inch ponies this is NOT it. NOTE: I realize one toy is plastic and the other is a plush. It is a "Sparkle" Rarity. It says on the tag and does not say in this listing. I wondered when I got her and the hair was all weird and she was smaller than the other ones we already have. I would say this pony is more a 6 1/2 inch pony as someone else wrote. So FYI the hair is not the same and this is a completely different beanie. It is still made by TY, but the listing is misleading and this is not the same. I'm pretty disappointed since we waited to get this as a reward for our daughter and when we got it, it was not the same. The hair is already falling out and she has been out for less than an hour. IT was a gift. It is soft and the mane is so pretty. It's a deep purple with sparkly threads too. I loved it almost as much as the person I gave it to. It came timely too. If you have a Pretty Pony fan, this is a good one! 5Defective! Fake?This Rarity plush arrived with many other 8" My Little Pony plushes in time for my daughter's birthday. However one plush stood out among the rest (in a bad way).The Rarity plush that I purchased from "Zebra Deals" has no muzzle. It's smooth where there should be a protrusion.There is no My Little Pony stamp on the front left hoof (all the other plushes have it).It looks nothing like the first picture of the listing. The lower eyelashes are missing and the horn's glitter is woefully sparse.After being disappointed by the quality, I opted to return it and find better version but Amazon doesn't allow returns on this product. Why? I don't know. I've contacted the seller in hopes to get my money back. Buyer Beware! 1
