Fun Game To Have In Game CollectionAs soon as I saw this game I had to have it. I love playing games and am always looking for fun, new, and different games. The Logo Board Game certainly fits that description. The Logo Board Game is essentially a trivia game that covers various company logos, slogans, company info and advertisements. You do not have to be a pop culture connoisseur to play this game; if you have ever seen a commercial than you will probably know some answers to the Logo Game's questions. The object of the game is to get the trivia questions correct and subsequently move your game piece along the board. The more questions you get right, the more spaces you move, and the better likelihood that you will win. The premise is easy, as is understanding how to play the game. This game is for 2-6 players or 2 teams. My husband and I played this game (2 players), and it went by quite fast. The directions don't quite stand when playing with 2 players, but it was still fun. It was more fun when we played with 6 players though. Playing with 6 players took a lot longer though. I imagine had we played with 2 teams, it would have gone just as fast as playing with 2 players. If you are playing with 6 players, set aside a good chunk of time to play. This game is great for all ages. The box says 12+. We played with people ranging 25-81 in age. We had a good mix in each decade and everyone knew answers to the various questions. There is certainly a good mix of questions for all ages. Plus the trivia questions are a mix of both super easy to more difficult, which was nice for the varying knowledge bases.I really don't have anything negative to say about this game. If I had to complain about anything it would be that I think this game is much more suited for 3-6 players than it is for 2 players or teams. The directions should be different for 2 players as it doesn't translate quite as well, and I think the game would be WAY to easy if played with 2 teams. This however is subject to knowledge base and the people you play with and thus may be just a negative from my standpoint.Overall, I found this game to be quite enjoyable as did my game playing companions. The game was easy to understand/play, and provides questions for all age groups and knowledge bases, making nobody feel like they are playing from the sidelines. The setup of rounds also helps make sure no player is stuck being a bystander. I would definitely recommend this game to other board game/trivia lovers. I would like to note that the price of this game can be steep depending on where you purchase it. If you can get a good price for it, it is well worth the purchase. 4bought for a giftI bought this as a gift for my girls after we went to a cafe that had games to play. We had a great time, lots of laughs and it was fun to see just what tidbits of advertising we each remembered. I came up with a slight change in the rules of the game, they are a bit simplistic. Adding dice, and changing after each question instead of each card will make it a little more challenging. My daughters are 26 and 39 and I'm 60 so it works for just about all ages. 4Fun for the whole adult familyI bought this game to play with my parents and sister. We all have an advertising/marketing background so it was very fun. My mom won almost every time because my dad doesn't pay as much attention to some brands and my sister and I are too young to know about some that aren't around anymore, but we all learned some interesting facts. We'll be playing this a Christmas every year from now on. We also didn't think there was any unnecessary advertising in any questions. Our ages range from 24 to 71 and we all enjoyed playing. I don't think this would be suitable or as fun for 20 and under. 5Great Family Game!On Christmas, we played this game - adults, & teens down to 3rd grade. We just used the cards and asked each other questions. The kids were all old enough to participate in this both reading the cards and answering them. It helped to make it our best Christmas yet. It has so many categories, that there is something for everyone and it is just common knowledge. You don't have to be great at trivia to do well at this. Great for the "normal" family. Would be great to do for long car trips, waiting for your table in a restaurant, or as a get-acquainted game. Again, we did not use the board - the cards are great. I'm packing them in my suitcase for a trip I'm taking. 5great game for the whole familyThis is a great game for the whole family. It's a good idea to pair up or have teams. Even my brother was planning to go out for dinner with someone but he wanted to get in on the game, so he postpone his dinner plan another half hour, just to play with us!!! That's how interesting the game was. Instructions was a little confusing --- you really have to read it carefully and "not" follow the rules of "the trivia game". There are some pictures that you will have to identify, some trivial questions about the logoand/or name a certain commercial jingles. It's really fun!!! 5Confusing for some.I already had this game, so I purchased this second one for a friend because I loved it so much. For those who are logo savvy, the game is a blast. However, I've played it with two people who weren't too aware of big brands and couldn't enjoy the game because they were mostly confused. So, I would say make sure who you plan on playing it with has an extensive knowledge so the game can be as fun as it should be! 4Brand Trivia GameBought this for my sister-in-law for Christmas. The whole family played it that day. The game consists of a board and a box of Trivia questions related to Logos (duh!) and Brands of... everything. On each card are 4 questions. Some cards are called "Potluck" meaning they are random questions about anything. Other cards are "Picture" cards where the 4 questions are all about the picture on the card (ie. Pilsbury Doughboy, Hamburger Helper, Charmin, Nascar etc.) The box rotates between players and on your "turn" you are the question master! and ask the other players the questions in order. When answered correctly, the player moves a token around the board the number of spaces that coordinate to the question asked. Whoever gets to the end first wins by answering a certain color/difficult question correctly. The game was fun, took a good length of time, educational as trivia and we had a lot of laughs. I thought the women in my family would have the advantage as we are "shoppers" but my dad came in second. It was pretty well rounded. The best part was when my dad was question master and had to ask my brother questions relating to Kotex.I reccommend this as a party game for adults. 4Lots of funCan be played with various numbers of players. Five of us baby boomers had a great time playing this. 5I regret buying thisI ordered this game because I teach an 8th grade Career Exploration class, hoping it would be a fun enrichment activity. However, the game is not leveled for middle schoolers, and I have my doubts whether high schoolers would get it either. Too many of the logos are unfamiliar, even to me as an adult! I think the target audience are those who watch a LOT of television (this generation of kids do not), or who lived in the time when ad logos and jingles were popular. 2Brands for TriviaWe played with adults and kids team style. Amazed at what the kids knew when the adults had no idea. Fun trivia game - takes a while to play but the kids stuck with the game until the end. 5
