Vroom, vroom!Bought this for our four year old grandson who just welcomed his twin newborns into the family and needed some extra attention and care. He is able to take the car apart and put it together by himself after doing it with Lola a few times. The engine and lights are a little annoying but he enjoys it and we can turn it off as needed. Drill works fine, do not have the heat issues that some have reported . Appreciate the video that explains about the yellow side panels. Good for learning about basic car parts, (engine, hood, trunk,etc) also. Car works well once put together! Will see how long it lasts in a 4 yr old hands and imagination! 4Great Toy! Excellent Customer Service!Highly recommend this as a birthday gift for a 3-year-old! Our son is a few months shy of 3 and he loves it! He is able to assemble it with limited help from us and he disassembles it by himself all the time!I contacted this company when we lost the drill bit to the drill and without hesitation they sent me a replacement. VERY PLEASED with their customer service!! HIGHLY RECOMMEND! 5Don t botherPoorly made toy, some parts don t fit well.Drill (battery not included) works about 60% of time. Drill construction is not the best. I ve bought similar toy by EduKid with nice drill that works and has a switch to change direction of rotation.Engine (battery included) has an on/off switch underneath the engine which makes it impossible to switch after the car is assembled (not really smart!) if you turn it on before you begin to put it together lights will blink and engine will roar every time you move the toy. 1Two thumbs up!At first I gave this toy 4 stars but I just updated it and gave it 5 stars because it really is an awesome toy! My son loves it & the car comes apart 100%, my son plays with it daily and it keeps him pretty busy! It's a great toy expecially if your child likes tools and taking stuff apart and putting things back together! 5My Nephew Loves ItI got this as a gift for my 3 year old nephew, and we bonded by building it together. He loves anything cars, and this was extra fun because he got to be hands on in assembling it. The only complaint I have is that its not very sturdy, as he pushed it around playing with it, the wheels often popped off and had to be put back on. (I had to look at reviews to figure out how to make the drill go in the reverse direction and that the button to turn on lights/sounds is under the engine.)-Lights/Sounds To turn them on or off you have to disassemble the car which is annoying. Also the sound of the car is not enjoyable. Every time you move it a tiny bit, it makes the sound of an ignition instead of just a car driving. Over and over again...this has the potential to drive you crazy. Even my 4yo didn t care for that.-A wheel falls off every 20-40 seconds of my son just driving it on the hardwood floor. We tried tightening it a little, a lot and a medium amount. No good.
