    Their favorite Christmas gifts!! POP Funko never disappoints!After finding out all of stores that I knew carried the POP Funko Tardis were sold out of it, I knew I could rely on Amazon to have it, and get it to me before Christmas! Having a family of avid Doctor Who fans (my 5-yr old's room's theme is Doctor Who), I KNEW I had to order one for each of my boys, 5 and 3. I am so glad I did, because this was both their favorite, and most played with gift from Christmas! I have already had to super glue the lights back on top, and the sides of the Tardis, but that isn't from lack-of-quality, but from how often and rough my boys play with theirs. When I told them they might not be able to play with it anymore, if I couldn't fix it, they were in literal tears! Even 8 months after Christmas, after other toy fads have come and gone, the POP Funko Tardis is still one of their favorite toys! Along with their POP Funko Doctors and Daleks, of course! I love that POP Funko makes the vinyl figures, because they are very toddler- and preschooler-friendly! It is hard finding figures that aren't small and don't have a million small detachable parts to them, so I am very happy with this product, and all POP Funko products! 5I presented it to her on Christmas and she loved it. If there was any complaints from me ...Pros: I bought this for my sister in law despite some of the reviews. Being a little hesitant when I received it I took it out of the box and checked it over for defects and could not find any. I presented it to her on Christmas and she loved it. If there was any complaints from me it would be that I could not keep it as it would go nicely with my David Tennant and Dalek Funko's that currently dawn my desk. One of my doctors hearts was broken when he saw it headed out the door for a new home. Rose will help the TARDIS find its way back to the Doctor at some point in time.Cons: The Chameleon Circuit is Broken. 5BUYER BEWAREDidn t read the reviews before purchasing the TARDIS, I was excited that the POP fig was on lightening deal so I jumped on it. I also figured that all my other figs are awesome so nothing to worry about WRONG. Opened the TARDIS and there was white streaks all over it, the side paneling is deformed, and the majority of the joints have excess dried something coming out of it. I did try wiping it down like another review suggested but no luck.Needless to say very disappointed at this POP fig and from the reviews it seems like a lot of other people were too. So essentially BUYER BEWARE 1Needed this like a hole in the headI'm in my 70's and occasionally enjoy a Doctor Who episode. The TARDIS looks great on my section of the bookshelf. It annoys my wife a bit, as she hated Who when I watched it in the 1970's and thinks it's stupid, but she ignores it. Some friends and family seem afraid to ask what that is, but it's fun when a kid or younger person recognizes it immediately. 5Will gladly pay extra for quality.Was so excited to receive the TARDIS. Buying it for a gift for my nephew. I read the reviews and saw that there were quality issues. Sadly, this was the case for me as well. Just as described. 2 white large smudged spots on the back. Ordered the replacement and the replacement has them, too. Both are going back. I'll see if I can find it someplace other than Amazon. Not sure if this supplier just has a bad batch or the entire production is just crap. Disappointing. 2Review of quality (after seeing some of the negative reviews)Just a quick comment regarding quality. I ordered this piece knowing that I might be a little disappointed based on some of the reviews however the piece that I got is great for the most part.Near the baseboard of one side I can see a flaw, however this is obviously because it was removed from a sprue, which is to be anticipated from a hard plastic product like this. It was on the back side of the TARDIS however so at least they put it on the least noticeable spot. (see picture)I also saw quite a few people complain of "grey" sections. I saw the same thing but upon closer inspection I noticed that it is a light powder that seems to be on most of the figure. I quick wipedown with a damp cloth and it was all gone and looking like it should. I have a picture from before the wipedown here as well, it was all gone after I did this.For the price I am VERY happy with my TARDIS and am enjoying seeing Tom Baker looking out from the inside :) It is great to finally live in the day of the geek, because 25 years ago when I got into this show there was NOTHING like this available to collect, the best I could hope for was a button to wear from the PBS station for my pledge.... 4Beware the AMAZON WAREHOUSE DEAL on this item!I'm a huge Doctor Who fan. I somehow convinced my husband to name our son Rory. Because of that, we had to have one of these in his room, next to our Last Centurion figure. I've watched this item go from $16, to $12, then back to $16. I wanted to save a few dollars and saw it listed for $14 as an Amazon Warehouse Deal. Description said the "packaging is damaged but the item is fine," so I bought it. When it arrived, the packaging was perfect, so I thought I had dodged a bullet. No such luck; the item was damaged inside a perfect box. It looked like someone had taken it out, dropped and scuffed it up, then put it back in the box. I'm extremely disappointed and will be returning it. This "Warehouse Deal" definitely wasn't worth the $2 I thought I saved. The item ITSELF is awesome. It's bigger than I thought it would be (hehe) but I don't mind that at all. Even if it gets taken off the shelf and played with, I think it will hold up! Once we get one that's not damaged, that is. 3It might be bigger on the inside but....Internal measurements for those "WHO" want to put a figure inside the Tardis. Height - 4.2 inches Width 3.2 inches from both sides. It also might be bigger on the inside, but no matter how many times I try I can't fit my fat head in this thing. Damn Doctor is a tease. I have been watching Dr. Who since PBS started to show Tom Baker as the Doctor. Also continued watching when BBC America had Christopher Eccleston at the helm. So of course I wanted a Tardis. I like Funko figures too, so I thought this would be a perfect buy. Its cool, but the parts where the plastic was cut off to make this figure are ruff and discolored. Plus where the glue was applied was discolored as well. I wanted to return it, but Amazon was cool by giving me a few bucks back. Beside my misfortune, this figure is worth a buy. It has a cool cartoony look to it. It would not have been complete if the right door didn't open. Super Cool!!! 3WE GOT LUCKY > Ours was great overall... ORDERED = 08/12/2016 || SELLER = Toynk Toys || PAID = $14.99(Beware of Seller changes! That's how you can get burned!):: PROS ::1.) We received a GOOD unit, a lot of Amazon Customers have had issues with this!!!2.) Ours had no major defects, all details were clear & undamaged.3.) Door Opens & Bottom is open to allow Dr. Who figures to be inside.4.) Looks good with the 10th Doctor (Our Favorite) and still had room for a small LED light.:: CONS ::1.) ALL units have marring where the "Mold" was detached on the back side.2.) Many sellers have questionable units, ours was in good shape though.3.) As with all Funko items, the box artwork looks better then the box.:: OVERALL :: Not a bad deal, we like it. If you pay attention to WHICH seller your buying from, you should be ok. I can't vouch for other users purchases, apparently this item is hard to order in good condition...GOOD LUCK!!! 4Yes, It Is Much Bigger On the InsideAt long last, Funko releases Doctor Who figures! I've been waiting for quite some time for these little guys to come out, and they do not disappoint. And here we have the Doctor's greatest and oldest companion since 1963, the Tardis (or the long acronym version: Time And Relative Dimension In Space). The Tardis is the time machine of the Doctor since the characters concept and still, to this very day, stands as a vital part of the show and pop culture. So if you are going to collect the POP! figures of Doctor, you have to include the Tardis.This beauty stands at 6'inches and reasonably heavier than some of the 6 inches POP! figures (except the Hulkbuster. That is heavier). It has all the trademark details of the show with the police box signs, the six white windows per-door, and the public phone details on the right door. The overall design is based on the 2010 version with the inclusion of the St. John ambulance logo on the left door.The big selling point is not only does the left door open, but the inside is hollow so you can place of type of Doctor in the Tardis! This is thanks to the Tardis having no bottom, so you can easily place your Doctor (or any other POP! figure of your choice) in the Tardis and open the door. It's an excellent detail from Funko as fans can go crazy who and what they want in their Tardis.If you're going to get the Doctor Who POP! figures, you have to add the Tardis to the collection. It's his signature way of travel and makes for a wonderful display for Whovians. 5
