    The "brown" eggs look orange colored.I am no good at blowing eggs and my daughter became very attached to the animal decorated Easter Eggs I made her. I was going to swap the real hard boiled eggs with these. The white ones look and feel very egglike. The brown ones sadly are orange colored instead of brown. 3They look realThey have some nice weight to them, they seem sturdy and durable. They are perfect for farmhouse, country decor or crafts. I m very happy with this purchase. They have a slight sheen to them, but if they are used for decor you have to look from a close distance (standing a foot away) to actually notice it. Where I have them, I doubt anyone would notice. You can see how the one in my hand looks shiny, but the ones in the background don t so much except the ones in the first row. I was less than a foot away taking the photo. 5Great for training chickens where to lay eggsGreat Eggs. My Chickens really have no idea these are fake and they have helped train them where to lay their eggs. I had also bought some more here on Amazon and these are bigger and look more realistic. ( our 100lb dog accidentally snatched one and after 3 hours we noticed, then took it from her and it barely had a dent or scratches, there was a tiny bit of damage). I will definitely buy these again. Also they came faster than expected. 5Look realSome people probably use these for decoration. I use them to encourage our laying hens to lay in the provided nest boxes. These eggs look real to me and the hens. In fact I had to mark then with a Sharpie so as not to collect them with the real eggs. 5Very well done eggsThese are very realistic. I have a 2yo and 3yo and they're always interested in the eggs I use when baking. I got these and put them in the container right along with the real eggs and they are so excited to handle their own eggs! The funny thing is sometimes I leave one in there and my husband gets it out and tries to crack it. I get a laugh out of that. The only difference in appearance between these and real eggs is these have a sheen, akin to a satin paint where real eggs are flat. 5Encourages my chickens to lay where they were supposed to (FINALLY!!!)I think these are great. I use them both in my nesting boxes and in my house for decoration. They are very close to the color of my chickens eggs but just slightly darker so I can tell them apart (thank goodness. Wouldn t want to make scrambled eggs out of a wooden egg!!). 5They do the job...The brown eggs are a orange color and the orange color does rub onto the white eggs. With that said, they are a good egg shape with some weight to them and the birds do notice them in the nesting boxes and started using the nesting boxes instead of the floor of the coop.
