Customer Reviews

I was so disappointed with these markersI was so disappointed with these markers. First of all, the markers I received were Fine Point markers, which are not what's shown in the listing, and are not what I wanted. Secondly, the brown marker was completely dried out and unable to be used at all. The other markers were also on the dry side. Each marker could only be used about 30 seconds before I had to recap it and shake it so that I could get it to work again. The colors are nice, however, the pigmentation isn't very dark (so you have to go over an area several times to not see the fabric through it). I wouldn't buy these again. 1thumbs up for easy d ed decorating.Great used at my daughter's baby shower for guests a to decorate assorted onsies. Onsies came out great and she uses them daily as newborns get changed frequently. It helped guests pass the time while waiting f2f or her to at rd I've. She has taken pictures of baby vvv wearing the individuals person onsies a.d sends to the creator. Assorted c opp lord made easy for a table to share. 5Jean Touchup?I used these markers to add color to my old jeans that had faded to white in a certain area. It was like walking around with an arrow pointing to my crotch. I had to do something. I hoped that the blue color would do the job, but it was way too bright and only would have drawn more attention to my problem. In an act of desperation, I tried a combination of colors in hopes of salvaging my favorite jeans. I used gray, blue, and purple together and it did the trick! I can go outside again! (The color did fade in the wash, but some color remained, and it was easy to touch up.)No, I will not be posting any pictures. 4Easy and fun to useI bought this product one fine day when I had a crazy idea of painting our own tees before a long weekend trip. The package came as described and in prime condition. Cheers to that.About the actual product, I am my friends liked using it. The ten markers all worked fine and had consistent ink and flow level. The colors were bright and showed nicely on the fabric. I could draw thin lines using the marker's tip and could paint broad lines by tilting the marker a bit.The only problem I faced (and hence taking a star off the review) is that on some fabrics, the color bled through the cloth. Now, few months after I painted tees and trousers, the colors are still afresh. They have been in laundry multiple times but the color still looks strong. I recommend this product - just be careful not to run the marker deeply or multiple times on the same area.If the review helped, please click Yes. Else, let me know if I can share something more from my experience with the product. 4They were simple to use and I liked it better than the fabric paint we had (way ...I purchased two packs of these for a baby shower activity for guests to decorate onesies. They were simple to use and I liked it better than the fabric paint we had (way easier to use). I put all of the onesies in the dryer (high heat setting) afterward and it set well. Only negative is that a couple of the markers ran out of ink fairly quickly (within less than an hour of being opened and it wasn't like it was in constant use). It was maybe two markers in each package (different colors) - other markers got used much more and they still have ink so it seems like maybe those were duds. 4Some of the markers worked great while a few had already been a bit dryI bought theses markers to draw on a white t-shirt for my grandson. Some of the markers worked great while a few had already been a bit dry, I had to work really hard to get the color to come out, maybe just a bad box. So overall, the markers that did work right worked very well and very colorful! 4AwesomeThese were a gift for my two year old grandson and he absolutely loved them! His parents were happy with them too because there was no worry or concern that anything would get ruined. The only thing about them is that they dry out too soon if the cap doesn't get replaced quickly enough. 5A brand comparison: Crayola is good but not bestI bought three brands of fabric markers: Crayola Fabric Markers, Stained by Sharpie, and TULIP 28976 Fine Writers Markers. This review is a comparison. The TULIP were my favorite, hands down. They flowed just right, neither too dry nor too watery. The colors were vibrant. I will be ordering more. The Sharpie markers have the advantage of not requiring heat-setting. Unlike most fabric markers, these don't call for ironing before washing, which saves a lot of time. However, they were also the driest of the three. They weren't dried out; but it took more strokes to fill in an area. The Crayola markers were the wettest, so much so that I got bleeding between colors. This wateriness makes it easier to fill large solid areas, but you need to be careful to wait a few minutes for the color to dry before drawing with another color in an adjacent area. 4... and came across one that said they sent a fine tip marker instead of the ones picturedI read other reviews and came across one that said they sent a fine tip marker instead of the ones pictured. I thought- ok, well stuff happens every once in a while, it probably won't happen to me. But yep, it did. Wrong markers and not worth my time to return them. I should have just gone to the craft store. 1Bummed, but on a deadlineThey are markers and they are 'fabric' ones, but the Item I received is 'fabric fine line markers'. Description of what I ordered specifically says tip: broad, as did the product image. These were for coloring in preprinted shirts and fine line isn't what my kids need to do so. But, I'm on a deadline and don't have time to start over with a new order. 2
