    will use againI never received any notification of product order recieved or shipping, but order was processed and shipped as soon as they got it - as if I did.I choose this company for gaming products over their competitors because they didn't charge me seperate shipping for each item I ordered, but allowed entire order to be shipped together during ordering.I will order again from this business 5Misshapen dice, twiceI ordered two sets of these dice, one of the sets contained a d12 that didn't set properly. I returned it and asked for a replacement set, and the set that came back has the same problem. The problem is I don't have the option to request a replacement set, and the refund for the $0.00, since the replacement set didn't cost me anything, wouldn't help.Two stars because the rest of dice are okay. 2Inconsistent quality.They dice well enough, but I must say I was a little dissappointed in the quality of these dice. There were chips in the edges of one or two and the paint is sloppy. I might buy from Chessex again, but only in person at a brick and mortar where I can check the quality. 3The d10 is especially bad, with tons of bubblesJust got these in the mail, immediately noticed air bubbles in all die except d6. The d10 is especially bad, with tons of bubbles. Tested balance in salt water, all die weren't horribly balanced, but most seemed to slightly favor to a couple areas because of the bubbles, the d20 definitely likes to go to the edge between 18/2 when it can. Paint for the numbers is fairly inconsistent, and there are some smudges on some of the edges.The die seem to roll fair enough to use, I'm just really disappointed with the poor quality of the die.... 2ButtPaint scratching off and small chip on one die 1Nice DiceTranslucent dice, in my opinion, are overrated. But typically are the most liked by players, specially starting out or as gifts.Chessex always delivers decent dice, though they are rounded (rock tumbled) and slightly unpredictable as to how 'random' they really will be when they arrive. (I have a friend who's d20 from this Smoke set rolls almost exclusively 1,2, 19, 20s; that's it, it's very crooked)For beginners, as a gift, don't spend more than $7 on a set, otherwise, these are a good bet. 4Love These DiceAs with my other ratings of Chessex dice, these are awesome. I have seen other reviews complain about bubbles inside of the dice. These have a few bubbles but you can only see them when you look through the dice at a light, which we do not do while playing. The bubbles do not effect the rolls. Awesome product. 5Light translucent greyThe color of the dice was different from the picture. Instead of a dark grey or black color, they ended up being a light translucent gray. I still think the color is beautiful though. The only complaint I have is that on one of the die, the white number started to chip off. Thankfully the number is also indented into the plastic, but the white part is coming off and makes it hard to read. 4as they have a better process due to not wanting you being able to ...I wanted to switch to translucent dice because I noticed that my old dice were weighted due to imperfections in the manufacturing process. It used to be that the way to get around that was to go to translucent dice, as they have a better process due to not wanting you being able to see any imperfections.Unfortunately, that's no longer the case, and I can see several air bubbles within the dice. All in all, still better than my opaque dice. 4Statistically Uniform (Tested!)I tested both the units and the tens d10 dice, by repeatedly shaking them up in a plastic cup and throwing them onto a hard surface. Both dice pass a chi-squared test of goodness-of-fit to a uniform distribution (n = 250, alpha = 0.05). Other, less extensive tests of the other dice suggest that they, too, are uniformly distributed. 5
