    Nice go-anywhere cards with a couple flaws.These cards are great because they're tough. Perfect for camping, or the beach - just stick your hand right into the sand, doesn't matter. For these situations where you want something to play but don't want to worry about ruining your regular cards or games, great choice. Unfortunately, the plastic is really quite slippery, and stacking them, shuffling them, even holding a hand can be difficult. What's more, the box they come in seems to be made of some kind of cardboard, which really kind of messes with the whole tough plastic card thing. But the worse part about the box is that it doesn't shut tight. I keep mine together with a produce rubber band, but I would love to see a worthy box included with these. 4My go to deck for card gamesI have a good amount of decks, but don't bring them out with friends because they usually suck at shuffling causing cards to be marked, or just spill drinks on the decks ruining them. I also like playing with quality card when I play poker. I've had a set of both KEM and Copag and they are good, but I just don't like the back design. Always been a fan of the Bicycle art.The cards are plastic, but the texture is matte so they're easy to shuffle and don't slip as much as some plastic cards. When you deal them, they're not going to go flying off the table as easy as some plastic cards. If someone spills something on them, it's easy to clean up if you get to it quick enough. Long enough exposure to elements will warp them.Probably not the best deck if you're into slight of hand magic tricks because they are a tad thicker than a normal card and may throw you off, but perfect for poker or drunken card games! 5Guarantee Not HonoredThe guarantee is not honored! The corner of a card has cracked off. Granted, I have owned this deck for awhile but it gets minimal use and was probably used less than 10 times over the last 1+ years. Written on the joker is an address to return any defects. I sent the card and the ace of spades to the address exactly as listed. However, I was shocked to receive the envelope with a "return to sender" and "unable to forward" sticker. Bad customer service to either give a bad address, or not keep it active in a relatively short amount of time!The United States Playing Card Company, 4590 Beech St., Cincinnati, OH 45212 1Great cards... Defiantly slipperyI ordered the Bicycle Dura-Flex cards because I am familiar with the Bicycle brand and like it very much. However the classic cards do not last as long and I was looking for a deck that would be a little more durable,Pros:-Can bend basically folded in half and still show no bending-Very durable-Beautiful case-Great back design (If that is something you care about)-Great if you plan to be riffle shuffling it a lotCons:-Extremely slippery (I can set the deck down and they will begin sliding all over the place-Can crack and/or chip over time 4Super durable cards with a great feel.These feel similar to cardstock cards, but they don't lose that brand new sturdiness to them ever. I don't know how long it takes to break these in, but they're great cards. Highly recommend for every soldier or traveller out there. Durable, waterproof, what's not to like?Edit: I purchased these a couple of years ago and they're still amazing. So durable and now they've travelled around the world a couple of times too. Great deck of cards. 5Perfect for those late night poker tournamentsAmazing playing cards! These are my favorite playing cards ever. They glide over tables and will not bend or crease unless you really try to crease them. The cards are very durable and if taken care of will last up to 2 years.Although they are amazing playing cards, those looking for a slight-of-hand experience may not like this deck. The cards are jumpy and may fly out of your hands if you are not careful. 5Can t play with broken cards.I ve played with these cards before dyring deployement and I decided to get a deck of my own, they have a great feel, flexible.. but brittle. Opened the box, stripped the plastic away and the cards slipped out of my hand and killed the queen of hearts. Straight out of the box. 1Great potential, but huge cracks after one night of gameplay make them completely unusable.When I opened up these cards I thought they were GREAT. They have an amazing feel for plastic cards - high quality riffling, good bend, and overall have a pretty classic Bicycle feel. However, after a single night of playing with these cards, two of them have had pieces entirely break off (just so happened to be two aces) - See the photos for yourself. It was played on a hard dining room table instead of felt, but the gameplay itself was not rigorous. It was an extreme disappointment in what could have been a fantastic deck of cards. 2There's playing cards...and then there's "playing" cardsWow...the difference between these cards and regular playing cards is amazing! These are definitely some of the highest quality cards available for sure. It's interesting when you first open them up, the individual cards feel thinner than a normal playing card, but the entire deck seems about 25% thicker than a normal deck. They are highly flexible, extremely slick and well designed. They're great for doing cardistry (although I'm still pretty much of a neophyte in this category), card tricks and just for general (albeit upscale) game use. Deal a hand of these cards to someone and invariably they will ask "Wow, what kind of cards are these?" immediately upon picking them up. Very nice! I will likely get more of these. Nice box too! 5Perfect if you play cards with "Benders"One of my friends has a strong tendency to bend the cards she is dealt. This tendency increases after a few adult beverages. These always snap back to shape, even after a significant bending moment has been applied. I'm not sure how well they'd hold up if you straight up creased them, but I wouldn't be surprised if they did OK.One thing to note is that they are *slick*. Most people are keen to notice this at first and it takes a small amount of getting used too. However, haven't had much complaints once people figure it out.Aside from the slickness, these are top notch cards. They shuffle easily, and have the right amount of snap. The slickness helps deal over a large table. They will stand up to much abuse, including people jamming the edges together instead of performing a riffle. Even good paper cards will wear out with a bit of this. Not only is this material virtually immune to this, the slickness and edge profile make that kind of shuffling smoother to begin with. I actually find these easier to riffle than paper cards.We play a lot of Euchre up here in Michigan, and one thing that happens is that half the deck wears out way faster than the rest. Since these are so durable, I don't see this being an issue any time soon.These cost as much as a few decks of normal cards, but considering the massively better durability, you will absolutely come out ahead if you don't loose them. They will probably last dozens of times (at least) longer and be in better shape the whole time. 5
