    ... to learn letter sounds and writing and it worked great. Now I'm using it with my 3 yr ...I used this with my daughter when she was first starting to learn letter sounds and writing and it worked great. Now I'm using it with my 3 yr old son. This is great for teaching letter sounds, words that begin with the letter sounds and writing or letters and numbers. 5Great product!Great product. My two year old will love this as she has started learning how to write her letters. This will be great for her to practice with. 5Nice idea, could be betterI thought this would be great. My son definitely enjoys writing on this, but the pages are double-sided and there's not much on each page. He went through and wrote several letters - maybe 6-8 - and when he was done and tried to go back to do more, the ink had smeared from one page to the next. On top of that, it was really hard to remove - we had to use a wet washcloth. Next, we tried erasing immediately and the ink still stayed until we got water. I don't know if the issue is the pen or the coating on the book, but it is disappointing. 3Well UsedMy nephew is a high functioning autistic and he has really enjoyed using and playing with this book and it has helped him in his learning. 5Love this toyLove this toy. My daughter loves to trace the letters right now and eventually will work on writing them herself. Only reason this is not a 5 is because the marker is not washable. Left stains on her clothes. 4Great bookI bought this for my son who has autism and is learning to write, this is a wonderful book because it combines the abc's with the 123's so you don't need both books, my only problem with it is it's hard to turn the pages, my son becomes very frustrated with it. 4Great for practicingPerfect just what I want for 4 yr old granddaughter! 5great for my 3 year oldMy 6 year-olds are always trying to "teach" my 3 year-old what they are learning at school. One of them picked this little book to give her for Christmas and I have to say, it has been great! We take it whenever she has to sit for a while (like gymnastics for sisters or restaurants) and it keeps her attention. It is actual writing, as opposed to writing a letter with your finger, like on iPad or Kindle games, so I feel maybe it will help her really learn to write her letters like you would with an actual pencil. I like that you can use it over and over. I even bought a few more colors of dry erase markers just so she would have some options. VERY often, I forget to clean it off but there are so many pages that she always has blank lines to write on even when I have been slack. Great little book. Surprised at the value. Very inexpensive but quality book! 5Throw out the included MarkerMy 3.5 yr old is learning letters & numbers so it's good for tracing, but I HIGHLY recommend throwing out the marker it comes with and using dry erase. The marker included stains your hands.Also the pages are difficult for a child to turn. 3Great starter handwriting book for 3-5 year olds!My kids love this! Lost the marker first day, but it's really helped improve my 4yo's hand writing.Only negative is that it is difficult to erase if you leave the marker on for an extended period of time. To clean it without compromising the pages, use a Clorox wipe then dry it off with a paper towel. It will be good as new! (That will also get off other non dry erase markers if your kids happen to try out a sharpie on it). 4
