    DisappointedAlthough the images with this product show the arrow being placed on the side of the bow, there isn't actually a notch on the side in which you can set the arrow to aim. Instead, there is a hole drilled in the center of the bow that the arrow is placed into. As a result, the arrows themselves have no fletching (the feathers at the end), which means they can't be aimed --- they simply float up and float down. I didn't notice the absent fletching when buying the product. To make this a passable set, we are going to need to file down the bow and either add fletching or buy new arrows. Otherwise, it's useless as a beginner bow and arrow set. 1These are AWESOME! We had a surprise archery party for a ...These are AWESOME! We had a surprise archery party for a friend (all adults) and this set was so much fun! Even after some of the adults had a few cocktails, the bows and arrows were still functioning and some even improved on their aim (cocktails not included). Also glad they have rubber tips because sometimes tipsy friends think it s fun to shoot at one s behind as one is collecting the used arrows...I took some tips from the comments here and used wood glue at the end to secure the rubber arrows. We also got a few bales of hay and paper targets. The arrows had no problem going through the paper target and the hay unless by user error.We easily went through a lot of the arrows so in the future I d like to be able to buy more arrows in a bunch to have on hand so nobody has to wait their turn. 5Great deal! Awesome product!These are awesome! They shoot super far! I have a 3 and 6 year old and these are hours of entertainment... arrows heads are super bendy so no one gets hurt and I did order a suction cup arrow set as well to play in the house and they fit on the hole perfect! I love that they are a sturdy wood not crappy plastic string is strong and has good tension... lil boxes are great they dont turn upside down and knock out all the arrows like a different one i bought and really all around great product! Best deal ever too considering you get 2 sets! Its almost too good to be true! Would def recommend... The only thing i would say is glue arrow heads onto stick as they are not already glued... on a side note i have not glued them on yet haha 5Perfect for kids, fun for grownups too.This bow is perfect for my 6yo who is obsessed with Brave and with the Tangled tv series. It's a good size for her and easy for her to use with the hole to thread the arrows through.We bought the package that has double of everything, and put half of the stuff away before giving her the bow as a present. If/when she loses or breaks this one, we will have the extra as a backup.So far, after a few months of off and on use, the bow is still in perfect shape. One arrow had the rubber tip come off, but we glued it back on with e6000 glue and it hasn't been a problem since. We will probably pull them all off and glue them sometime soon, just to make sure the heads don't fall off and get lost in the grass.For anyone planning to give this as a gift, just a heads up, it is just in clear plastic inside a big box. No labels, nothing to make it look nice as a present. We took it out of the plastic and wrapped it up in some tissue paper which at least made it a little prettier as a package.Lastly, we adults have had more than a little fun with this thing. We had a contest where we had to spin around and then nock, draw, and shoot the bow. Also just had fun seeing who could shoot the farthest. Longest shot went around 30 feet! It did have a tailwind so I'm not sure how much credit we can claim haha. 5Toy well made, but...This is a toy but very well made. It shoots with dificulty but after a little bit of practice you can shoot for fun. Arrived very soon and well packaged. I buyed for a fun medieval party and i think my friends will love it. But, my warning is.. you have to buy an arm guard or you'll gonna end like that... 4BUY THIS ONE! Fabulous set for adventurous kids!!This is fabulous! Got it for my daughter's 6th birthday and she absolutely loves it. Great design, and easy for her to use. The arrows shoot a LONG way; I painted them orange so they will be easy to find. I looked at a lot of sets before purchasing this one and am very glad I picked this one. Well made, perfect size for a six year old. and very authentic looking. A bonus is that even though the arrows have very safe rubber tips they still stick into the ground and maybe into a straw target. I could barely convince my daughter to stop shooting and head off to school this morning- and also great that there are two bows included so that we can "hunt" together! 5The item is well made and a good intro to archery for kidsThe item is well made and a good intro to archery for kids. The bow presents good craftsmanship, relatively speaking, and I feel is a good way to get kids unattached from their screens and engaged in real play. 5I'd buy from them again.I'm not normally a review writer but I just had to recommend these guys. The kids were ecstatic over the bow and arrow sets. I was impressed with the quality of the bow and the arrow tips. The tips are rubber but look realistic. This is not an archery bow. This is get kids used to bows and arrows and learning beginner rules of use. The quiver is for about 6 of the 10 arrows you get and it's made of wood. The bow string is a strong clear plastic. For the price I think it's a great deal. Again, the kids are loving it and they're the main consumer really. They're 11 yo girl and 9 yo boy. They have intoduction and follow up emails geared at making sure youre satisfied. That also impressed me; not big corporate stuff. I'd buy from them again. 5Glad we got this oneGlad we got this set. It s less expensive than the other wooden bows, and it comes with two bows and a ton of arrows. Perfect for a friend or sister to play. I like that it s not plastic. It shoots well, but not so well that I m worried about breaking a window or loosing a pet. We have lost a couple of tips off the arrows, but none of the arrows have broken. It s rustic looking, but it s a great toy. 5Good idea in theory...These are well made, but arrows don't fly true. There are no feathers on the arrows, so when they are shot, they go every which way, which is very frustrating to our kids.These are easy to use, and arrows shoot well, and we are impressed with the quality, they just need feathers to make them shoot straight. There is no consistency in the way they shoot because of the lack of arrows. Fix this, and we will give you give stars. 2
