    Plenty for Great gift sets!I play a dice game with some of my girlfriends once a month. Some know it by "Greedy" some by "500" or "650" or other names. When I went to visit some long-list relatives I made up 5 sets of the game using 6 dice each & the instructions tucked into a small plastic container. They loved the sets! 5Great dealThis is a great deal for dice. All of them seem the same size and as durable as any dice I've ever gotten in a game. I use these in my classroom and can have ten games of Yahtzee going at once. I just print the score cars from online. 5Keep lookingFirst one of the dice had two sides with a three on them. Second they don't sit flat. I'd already given these to my Bunko group and was embarrassed when we found this dice last night. So now the lady in charge of Bingo is going to have to check all the rest. And to top it off everyone noticed that they don't sit flat - what an embarrassing waste of money! 1A cheap price but very patchy qualityAlthough you get a lot of dice for the money, the quality is mediocre. Nearly half of the dice I received had air bubbles in them (mostly minor, but still, it impacts on dice balance and fairness), and a handful had patches of poorly applied paint to the dots, or areas where drops of the paint had landed elsewhere on the dice (a couple faces with two dots looked like they had three dots instead, for example). In all, only about half of the dice were of reasonable quality, so buyer beware. 3They look and feel like 6 sided dice.I can attest that, after careful inspection, all 50 dice I received have 6 sides and came in different colors. There were no 6 sided dice with 5 sides or 6 sided dice with 7 sides. Furthermore, all the dice seem to operate like regular dice which is good because I ordered regular dice.All joking aside, I ordered 50 dice and got 50 dice. There doesn't seem to be any tricks or anything like that. I needed something to offer as an alternative to some of my board games that have those annoying tiny dice and these dice accomplish that. 5Can't beat the price.Pretty much as described. Some pips aren't painted perfectly but the description warned of blemishes so no problem there. Other reviews commented about the size being smaller than 16mm so I decided to measure them with a caliper. I measured all 50, all sides. (I had some time to kill). I won't give every measured dimension because that would bore me to type and I didn't write them down anyway. Here's what I found... The dice ranged in size from 15.5mm to 16mm (only one actually measured 16) Most fell in the 15.7 range 1.5mm. One thing I did notice was they weren't all consistent on all sides. Some dice would measure 15.8mm on 2 measurements and 15.6 on the third. Probably doesn't matter too much and I can only guess this is from whatever finishing technique they use. I'm not sure how tight the tolerances are on higher quality dice or whether these differences would even matter. I test rolled several for a while and didn't notice any major anomalies or patterns.Happy with the buy and if you aren't too picky I don't think you'll go wrong with these. 4Very happy with my purchaseI got these to play Star Wars D6. I thought it was a great price for the number of dice you get. Currently the price for this item is $10.49. That comes out to $.21 per die. Fantastic. My local gaming store sells their dice for $.75 a piece. I try to support the local guy as much as I can but at over 3x the price per it adds up really quick. The shipping was quick and the packaging was fine. I am very happy with my purchase.... if I could change one thing it would be the purple/pinkish die. I would prefer it to be a darker truer purple than the pinkish color it truly is 5Next time? PassReally poor quality. I use these in a classroom setting and after a few uses with my 6th grade class, the white paint in the dots was wearing off. I had to spend time re-painting the dots or else my students would complain. (yes, it was easier to do that then listen to them all complain.) I liked the prics so I should have known what I was getting into. Students use them in math centers. I use small plastic containers with lids and put two dice in each. The students don't take the dice out of the containers. They shake them up inside and place the container upside down to read the dice. These dice are heavy and of great quality. The bright colors make them easy to read through the plastic. The price is unbeatable! 5
